Age of Steam Expansion: Vietnam / Sahara

This is part of the 2019 expansions for Age of Steam. In the Vietnam map (3-4p map) there are two scenarios and contains flooded hexes. In the Sahara (3-5p map) map you will need water to build in the desert hexes.
