A Kraken Tamer is part of your crew. He's not a great fighter, but he knows how to tame the Kraken like no one else.
Setup: Shuffle the Kraken Tamer (0) with the other playing cards. At the end of the auctions, one card will remain that should not be revealed.
Rules: The Kraken Tamer can be played at any time during the game, even if the player has cards to follow suit. Because it is a 0 card, it never wins a trick.
However, whoever plays this card immediately moves the trump indicator to level 4 of the Kraken's card and chooses a new trump, significantly impacting the strategy of the other players.
