Sovereign: Shōgun – Sōdaishō Expansion

The Sōdaishō Expansion introduces five secondary generals to Sovereign: Shōgun, giving every player a powerful new figure to bring into the struggle for Japan. Each player receives a beautiful Sōdaishō miniature and a dedicated ability card, adding another layer of identity to their clan. These generals are not ordinary troops. They are trusted commanders, battlefield leaders, and dangerous instruments of ambition, each with their own way of shaping your strategy. Sōdaishō adds more asymmetry to the game, giving each faction an additional tactical edge and a new reason to feel distinct from the others. Your Daimyō remains the heart of your power, but now another important figure can influence the course of the war. For players who want every clan to feel even more personal, more dangerous, and more alive on the battlefield, Sōdaishō is an essential addition to the road to Shōgun. —description from the publisher
