1823 France is an 18xx game set in France. It has elements of 1817 (loans, mergers, acquisition, liquidation, friendly sales, 1D market), 18MM (randomly distributed revenue locations on the map) and unique things such as plain tiles remaining yellow, but paying to add "spokes".
