Butterscotch

Butterscotch is a light-weight, fixed-partnerships climbing game for exactly 4 players. It has a short meld menu to keep the game simple for new players, but with enough variety to entertain veterans of the genre. The game is very much focused on going out first and, hopefully, helping your partner go out second. The first team to 11 points wins.
