Walking Dots

This game is played on a 8x8 square board. To begin, each player drops two friendly stones on empty cells. On each turn, each player either drops a friendly stone on an empty cell orthogonally adjacent to another friendly stone, or passes. When both players pass, the player with more stones on the board wins.
