Penny Arcade: The Game – Younglings Promo Character

A 2011 PAX promo character card for the Penny Arcade deck building games. This adds a new playable character to select from. The Younglings always go first, and start with 5 quarters and 7 tubes, but on the first turn get a temporary additional 2 tokens and 2 power.
