Rocket Shogi

Rocket Shogi is a stand-alone small board (5x7 grid, with 8 pieces per player) Shogi variant. Unusually, it uses all standard Shogi piece types except for pawns. It can be played using standard Shogi pieces. Pieces can promote as usual in the far 3 rows. It is also included as a second independent game (using its own board and pieces) with Simple Shogi in a combined package sold under the title "Simple Shogi".
