The Patient Zero Pack was included as a Kickstarter exclusive to backers of Plague Inc.: The Board Game. This small expansion introduces two exclusive Trait Cards (Mass Hysteria and Strain Injury) and three exclusive Event Cards (Infect Board Game, Internet Shutdown, and Crowd Funded Soap).
